Job Description

Role: Founder’s associate - Intern

Level: End-of-study internship - Stage de fin d’études

Duration: 6 months, starting March/April 2026

Location: Paris - Permanent

Remuneration: €1,400 per month +Swile card for meals and 50% Navigo Pass

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Support:
   • Assist in developing and executing strategic initiatives
   • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making
   • Prepare presentations and reports for investors, clients and stakeholders
2. Operational Excellence:
   • Optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
   • Support project management and ensure timely execution of key initiatives
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and improvements
3. Financial Management:
   • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
   • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
   • Support fundraising efforts and investor relations
4. General Administration:
   • Provide administrative support to the founders, including scheduling and coordination
   • Manage special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
   • Contribute to a positive and collaborative company culture

Profile

• Education: student from top-tier business school or engineering school willing to discover entrepreneurship and what’s behind a young ClimateTech
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in french and english
